Will the fat come back?

As a general rule, if you maintain a steady weight, the fat will not come back, but should you gain a dramatic amount of weight, the fat will be dispersed all over the body and not necessarily in the areas that have been treated for liposculpture. If you loose the weight thereafter, you will retrieve the result you had after the liposculpture.
